F.A.Q.'s
1. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa. Payment must be made in full before display will be set up.
2. Are Reservations required?
Reservations are recommended, but not required. We do ask for at least a 24 hour notice before you would like your sign delivered. If calling within 24 hours of set up, please call us. We may be able to make the display within that time period.
3. Does someone need to be home for a delivery?
No, we do our deliveries between the hours of 12a.m. & 6a.m. unless other arrangements are made.
4. Do you deliver in bad weather?
Our yard signs are weatherproof, most are made of coroplast material and hold up well to weather. We will make every attempt possible to deliver as long as the roads are drivable. We will notify customer if there is the possibility of cancellation.
5. How are your displays set up?
Our lawn displays are put into the ground with metal stakes. We are careful to leave your yard in the same condition it was in before we set up the yard display.
6. Can I move or rearrange the yard display?
We ask that you do not move the lawn displays. Please call us and we will do it. A fee may apply for each time we have to come out and move the display. Please let us know of any special instructions you may have for display location. Please do not allow children to play with displays. They can be broken and additional fees will apply for damaged or missing displays.
7. What is your delivery area?
We do FREE delivery within 20 miles of the 40219 zip code. Delivery area includes all of Metro Louisville, Southern Indiana counties of Clark & Floyd. We also deliver to Bullitt, Oldham, and some parts of Spencer County in Ky. If your area is not listed, please call to see if we can deliver. Additional delivery fee's may apply. |
